What a clever little job this is. Our first thought was to take it to the shop and build picture frames--it's perfect for that, along with countless other finish and trim projects. The pins are so tiny, you really wouldn't need to fill the holes. It's as light as a stapler but fastens like a nailer. It has lots of power for its size as well as many of the features of its big brothers, like rear exhaust, easy jam-clearing, fast, simple loading, and a visible warning when your fasteners are running low. Fine Fastener! Just as my past experiences with Senco Fastening products this tool is a jewel. The unit is very reasonably priced and the only drawback is its limited range, 1/2in. pins to 1 in. pins. To do longer pins you have to purchase another gun.
Excellent, very reliable tool I have used this tool for almost 2 years now, have used thousands of pins of various sizes on many different projects and wood. I have NEVER had it jam and moving the slide to the right position for the size of pins is simplicity itself. you can easily tell by looking at the pins whether they are in the right position. Useless! A micro pinner that can't sink its nails is useless! Crank up the air and it still leaves the pins proud of the surface of what you are nailing. Senco should hand their heads in shame over this one. Buy the Porter Cable.
excellent pin gun I have owned this Senco FP10 pinner for a couple of years
now. I also have 3 other Senco guns - a brad nailer, a
finish nailer, and a narrow gauge stapler. I like them all. I confess that I was a little disappointed when I opened the
box and found that the FP10 was made in Taiwan. My philosophy
on tools in general is that going cheap is false economy, since
