I have owned this crib for 5 years and it has gone through two babies. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because the screws on the rails come loose. About every 4 months, or so they need to be tightened. This becomes more frequent as baby grows and uses the rail to pull him/herself up on the rails. It is easy to put together and adjusting the matress for different stages is also easy. I recommend this crib for anyone. Crappy Customer Service 
I have tried reached customer service via email and phone and after my emails bouncing back and days of trying to get through by phone I spoke to someone for a minute who placed me on hold and then cut me off. Terrible customer service -- if you have a product question or issue you will be out of luck. DANGEROUS DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thought this crib was great- until the side de-railed ( the plastic piece that is supposed to hold it got worn) and my 5 month old daughter ROLLED AND FELL OUT OF THE CRIB AT 5 in the morning! Luckily she fell, instead of getting stuck by the head. She could have HUNG HERSELF OR SUFFOCATED HERSELF! I am calling the company first thing Monday morning. We put the crib together PROPERLY so that was not the problem. It is poorly made. There is only a plastic piece that prevents the side from sliding... more info Wonderful Product! 
We just bought the Athens crib for our son and thought that it was going to take forever to put together like everything else. But it didn't! There weren't even any tools needed! It took us about 10 minutes to assemble. It is also a beautiful color and is very sturdy. It is nice that you can lower either side rails so you don't have to have it up against a wall if you don't want to. Our son loves it and it wasn't too expensive either.
