Cheaper than buying glue. This stapler is reliable. This is also much cheaper than buying glue. Much faster also.. Glue down is a mess!! Only one misfire due to hitting subfloor nailing. otherwise well worth the cost. If you are installing over 400 square feet with two people, this tool is worth buying over renting.
as it took me three full days in an odd shape room. I recommend buying staples B & C Eagle staples at the same time if you order from Amazon. 5000

LHF97125-2 Floor Runner Laminated Hardwood Flooring Stapler The best thing I have ever done...aside from getting married. I put hardwood in the foyer with glue. I got mad and messy and swore I would pay someone to do the rest of the first floor. I rented this gun for a few hours and fell in love. I bought it online that afternoon. Eight hundred square feet later, I am a little sad to have finished. I miss using the stapler. Maybe I'll open a flooring installation business! Ward Ulmer

Great product Very pleased with this nailer. I bought it to nail down around 700 sq ft of Bruce Reflections 5/16 inch hardwood flooring. It made the job easy compared to heavier nailers I've used as its so light and accurate. I had some mis fires usually where two staples came out at once so not sure if this was the B&C Eagle staples quality
Excellent stapler. Just installed 1000 square feet of 3/8 engineered flooring with this tool. Had only installed solid 3/4 inch flooring before, but this is much easier and faster. No misfires and tool sink staples to perfect depth every time.
