Good but not great We installed 3-1/4" brazilian walnut with this stapler and it worked very well most of the time. Every now and then it would mangle a staple and the staple had to be manually removed. When the staple was mangled it sometimes split the tongue on the board, but not a big deal. We noticed that we had to keep the psi between 85 and 88 for this type of wood since it is so hard. Overall though the stapler functions well and is made of quality materials.
A spectacularly reliable tool I used this product to install my first-ever pre-finished hardwood floor.
It has the power to go through the hardest woods (I used maple).
It never jammed, and the special foot designed for pre-finished wood left my floor mar free.

Tool Review Does a beautiful job in making installation easier. One negative--design is such that when you are close to wall, must do hand nailing.
