| Memory Game - Pooh Memory Game from Hasbro Games
Features:
- One or more players.
- Ages 3 to 6.
Editorial Review:
For 1 or more players "It's so much more fun with two," says Pooh. It's fun to find pictures of your favorite Pooh characters, two by two. Just flip over cards, two at a time, trying to make a match. If you find the same two cards - two pictures of Tigger playing catch - you keep them! Find the most pairs and you're the winner. Includes 72 picture cards and plastic storage tray.Pooh fans can enjoy this great memory builder alone or with friends. There are 72 honey pot cards (36 matching pairs) with colorful illustrations of our favorite characters from the Winnie-the-Pooh books on the flip side. The cards are spread out with the honey pot side up. Players take turns flipping over two cards. Can you find two identical pictures of Pooh hiking, Piglet sailing, or Owl roasting marshmallows? If there's a match, that player takes the cards and flips again. Try to remember which cards have been exposed for future matches. Play alternates until all of the tokens are gone. The player with the most pairs wins. --Alison Golder
Customer Reviews:
Avg. Customer Rating: 3.0 / 5.0 Skip It I bought this game at a yard sale (...). I was not worth it. The cards all look the same (Pooh bear with a fishing pole, Pooh with a golf club, ect). It is very hard to tell the cards apart. I would skip this one and buy another memory game. Go with the "Original" memory game This is a cute idea, but frankly the pictures are far too similar for a pre-schooler just starting out. Go with the original Memory game and call it a day. Box of Cards This isn't a game as much as a box of picture cards. There are way too many of them to play a match game with younger children and the picture are too small and many are too similar. I had this game through three children and all we did was sort picture cards by character. Well loved game for my girls My older daughter received this game when she was 2 1/2. She played it all the time. Now she is 7 and her younger sister is 5 1/2. This was their favorite game, out of our whole closet full, until about a year ago. I can't even begin to count how many times we played it.They loved the matching version , but then they created their own sorting game too. Also used it as money when they played store. Although they stopped playing with it, they won't get rid of it. It is pretty durable as long as you keep it... more info
