It has become a lifestyle My husband and I did this together and we've learned how to subsitute local items for the name brand hard to find items. We just compare food labels and get something close. Flat Belly Diet The book has good content but we are unable to follow the recipes as Australia doesn't have the same products as USA.
It would have been good if the author or publisher added an appendix with comparison products we could relate to.

I am not happy I spent this much dosh for such a stupid book!
I knew it was stupid but I was stupid to buy it!
