The best travel guides I always use Rick Steve's books. They are reliable and tell you the little out of the way places that others overlook. I have used his books for other countries and would not leave home with out them.
Excellent Travel Aid The walking tours were really great and fun. Restaurant reviews were spot on. We had this book and Fromers, Fromers never left my suitcase Rick Steve's was just that much better
Rick Steves gets it right! We just returned from a trip to Europe which included London. Rick's book was a wonderful help to us in planning our sightseeing, learning the Underground, and being all around entertaining. I will certainly purchase other books by him that cover places I will visit. I only wish I had bought it earlier in the planning stages of the trip.
Hopeless for Kindle Kindle version is the pits. No going back and forth, till it's totally read with bookmarks. Maps are impossible to read and are very hard to reference. Pictures, Maps and back and forth reference are wrong for kindle. Until it's book marked and referenced it's useless to travel with.
