Very useful I am a computer repair technician and have found the flow charts very useful when in a hurry or having someone help me. Well worth the money.

fantastic book This book is worth waiting for. Some of the charts do not show recent technology changes, like SATA hard drives, but the techniques for troubleshooting are all there. Great resource for my toolkit. Highly recommended for repairers!
Very helpful If you have basic knowledge of computer parts, this book is excellent at helping you track down which part of the computer is most likely causing whatever problems you might be having.
