Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing I am very dissatisfied with this textbook. I've written to your company and have not received satisfactory results, instead I've received "snotty" responses. The "scratch off" on the inside of the cover has a code that allows me access to the textbook online. The material used in the scratch off is faulty and would not scratch off.
