Great Supplement for Contracts This examples and explanations is very helpful as a supplement to class. It pretty much has all the basics.
comprehensive, easy to understand, well organized I just took my Contracts 1 exam earlier this week, and this book was the key to my (perceived, at least) success. It is full of information, concise but still inclusive. The index is well organized, as was the straight forward glossary. The author also has a charming, but not overpowering, sense of humor that breaks the monotony of studying.
Great Resource!! This book was actually recommended by my Contracts instructor. It is a valuable resource to consult for the broad concepts we go over in class. I read 1 section ahead everyday, prior to reading the cases, and it amazing how much more I get from the assigned material. Highly recommend.
I Think You Can do Better Than This I'm not being law-snobby, I promise. I bought the book because I was struggling to get my head around remedies, and although it helped, I ended up buying Lexis' "Understanding Contracts," too. I should disclaim that what follows is based on the remedies section (that's all I used it for). That's a big piece of contracts, but maybe the rest of the book, which I didn't explore, is better.
