Truly Interesting! I'm in my final semester in the Registered Nursing program. Just finished with my Psychiatric Nursing rotation. We used this Keltner text as our mainstay throughout the course. The instructors got together about a semester ago and decided it was time to change textbooks. The instructors decided on this text and I'm forever grateful!
