Customer Review:
Have admired Andrew Lloyd Webber's music for years and purchased the CD of Superstar when it first came out. Having seen the movie in the 1970's plus the stage performance twice over the years, I wanted to add it to my DVD library. The music never became dated and the movie's keen direction is... more info

Customer Review:
Many mediocre films have been made out of brilliant plays but, luckily, this is not one of them. Tennessee Williams' words resonate as powerfully today as they must have done in 1958, and Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman have never been better, as two utterly gorgeous creatures who're deeply... more info

Customer Review:
A humorous look at the wild west where the temperance ladies cause more uproar than the liquor seeking Indians or the greedy mining community leaders with Burt Lancaster, the fort commander, trying to keep peace. Good fun.

Customer Review:

The story... more info

Customer Review:
James Cagney shines as a charming but corrupt rural politician trying to deceive the voters. Barbara Hale is great as his sweet wife who is clueless about how dishonest her husband really is. It isn't Cagney's best film, but it is entertaining, and the performances are excellent.
